NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA

1.      ELIGIBILITY. 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of FEBRUARY 27, 2023  and are either legal residents of the 50 United States/District of Columbia or are international/foreign exchange students possessing a current valid United States student visa and are residing within the 50 United States/District of Columbia. FirstBank employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Each entrant, by participating in 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA, agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions.

2.      TIMING. 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA begins FEBRUARY 27, 2023 at 12:00PM MST) and ends MARCH 3, 2023 at 2:00PM MST) (the “Promotion Period”).

3.      HOW TO ENTER AND WIN.

a. From FEBRUARY 27, 2023, to FEBURARY 28, 2023, FirstBank will post two (2) trivia questions on the FirstBank Facebook page, one (1) question a day at 12:00PM MST during the promotion period. Eligible participants may enter by commenting on the FirstBank trivia question with the correct answer within two (2) hours of when it is posted. The correct answers will be entered into a random drawing. Eligible participants may win only once during Promotion Period.     

b. From MARCH 1, 2023, to MARCH 3, 2023, FirstBank will post three (3) trivia questions on the FirstBank Facebook page and https://efirstbankblog.com/60th-anniversary-trivia/, one (1) question a day at 12:00PM MST during the promotion period. Eligible participants may enter by completing the entry form on https://efirstbankblog.com/60th-anniversary-trivia/ with the correct answer within two (2) hours of when it is posted. The correct answers will be entered into a random drawing. Eligible participants may win only once during Promotion Period.

c. You do not need to be a current customer of Sponsor to enter the 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA. To enter without commenting on the social media trivia questions, call 720-598-7919 and provide your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, state that you are participating in the “FirstBank – 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA”, and provide the correct answer for the trivia question. Limit one entry per person during Promotion Period. Call in entries must take place no later than two (2) hours after the trivia question has been posted. No computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted. Your 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA entry and/or your submission constitutes your consent to participate in the 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA and your consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the purpose of administering this 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA. Entries dropped off at Sponsor banking branches will not be accepted.

4.      CONDITIONS. An eligible entrant may only enter via the registration methods as described above. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No substitutions or transfer of prize permitted.

5.      CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: PRIZE DESCRIPTION. You have not yet won. Five (5) total $60 Target® gift cards will be awarded during the promotion period. Each winner agrees that one (1) $60 Target gift card will be awarded. Each winner agrees that he/she shall not sell, resell, auction, barter, assign, exchange, place in commerce, transfer, give away, donate, or otherwise convey any $60 Target® gift cards that is received as a prize. Retail value of prize is USD $60.00. Prize will not be honored if these restrictions have been violated. All costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, beverages, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prize winners, should they be selected, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion as provided by the Sponsor.

6.      DETERMINTATION OF WINNERS. Five (5) random drawings will be conducted on February 27, at 2:00PM MST, February 28, at 2:00PM MST, March 1, at 2:00PM MST, March 2, at 2:00PM MST and March 3, at 2:00PM MST from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be contacted by phone number provided on the entry form. A person or household may only win one (1) prize during the 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by telephone and/or regular mail and/or email. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor. Sponsor’s selection of the winners is binding and conclusive. Winners agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their name, city and state and photograph/likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8.      TAXES. All applicable federal, state and local tax associated with winning a prize in the 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be provided a 1099 form for income tax purposes.

9.      LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS. By participating in the 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA, entrants, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prizes (including, without limitation, any travel or travel-related activity thereto) that may be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA related materials; or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or illegible entries or postage due entries or mail; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction error, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, or human or other error. If in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA, or if computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA, the Sponsor at its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA, or to terminate the 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA. As a condition of entering the 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA, entrants, or if a minor, their parents or legal guardians agrees that; a) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and in no event shall entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees or other legal costs. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures. As used in this section, “Sponsor” means the Sponsor named in section 11 below and its officers, directors or board members, agents, representatives, and employees.

10.  GOVERNING LAW. This 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its principles of conflicts of law and jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of Colorado. This 60^th ANNIVERSARY TRIVIA is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
