1.  ELIGIBILITY

ZAC BROWN BAND AT FIDDLER’S GREEN AMPHITHEATRE TICKET GIVEAWAY is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of 09/04/23 and are either legal residents of the 50 United States/District of Columbia or are international/foreign exchange students possessing a current valid United States student visa and are residing within the 50 United States/District of Columbia. FirstBank employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Each entrant, by participating in ZAC BROWN BAND AT FIDDLER’S GREEN AMPHITHEATRE TICKET GIVEAWAY, agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions.

2.  TIMING

ZAC BROWN BAND AT FIDDLER’S GREEN AMPHITHEATRE TICKETS GIVEAWAY begins 09/04/2023 at 12:00pm MT and ends 09/22/2023 at 12:00pm MT (the “Promotion Period”).

3.  HOW TO ENTER AND WIN

b) You do not need to be a current customer of Sponsor or use the online entry form at efirstbankblog.com/zac-brown-band-at-fiddlers-green-amphitheatre-ticket-giveaway to enter the ZAC BROWN BAND AT FIDDLER’S GREEN AMPHITHEATRE TICKET GIVEAWAY. To enter without completing the entry form, print by hand your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth and the words “FirstBank – ZAC BROWN BAND AT FIDDLER’S GREEN AMPHITHEATRE TICKET GIVEAWAY” on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, stamped and hand-written #10 envelope to FirstBank – ZAC BROWN BAND AT FIDDLER’S GREEN AMPHITHEATRE TICKET GIVEAWAY Attn: Marketing, 12345 W. Colfax Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80215. Limit one entry per person during Promotion Period. Entries must be postmarked no later than 09/22/23. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted. Entries dropped off at Sponsor banking branches will not be accepted.

4.  CONDITIONS

An eligible entrant may only enter via the registration methods as described above. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No substitutions or transfer of prize permitted.

5.  CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: PRIZE DESCRIPTION

You have not yet won. “First Place Prize”: Winner(s) agrees that four (4) “First Place Prize” consisting of two (2) concert tickets for Zac Brown Band at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre on Thursday, October 12, 2023 (10/12/2023), and (4) “First Place Prize” consisting of two (2) concert tickets for Zac Brown Band at Fiddler’s Green and Friday, October 13, 2023 (10/13/2023) will be awarded as prize.

Winner agrees that he/she shall not sell, resell, auction, barter, assign, exchange, place in commerce, transfer, give away, donate, or otherwise convey any Zac Brown Band at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre concert tickets that is received as a prize. Prize will not be honored if these restrictions have been violated. All costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, beverages, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prize winners, should they be selected, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion as provided by the Sponsor.

6.  DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

One (1) random drawing will be conducted on 09/26/2023 after 12:00pm MT from among all eligible entries received to select eight (8) ZAC BROWN BAND AT FIDDLER’S GREEN AMPHITHEATRE TICKET GIVEAWAY First Place Prize winners. A person or household may only win one (1) prize from any contest/promotion/giveaway hosted by the Sponsor during a calendar year.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this ZAC BROWN BAND AT FIDDLER’S GREEN AMPHITHEATRE TICKET GIVEAWAY is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor. Sponsor’s selection of the winner is binding and conclusive. Winner agrees to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their name, city and state and photograph/likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8.  TAXES

All applicable federal, state and local tax associated with winning a prize in the ZAC BROWN BAND AT FIDDLER’S GREEN AMPHITHEATRE TICKET GIVEAWAY will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be provided a 1099 form for income tax purposes.

9.  LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

This ZAC BROWN BAND AT FIDDLER’S GREEN AMPHITHEATRE TICKET GIVEAWAY and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its principles of conflicts of law and jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of Colorado.
