What about suburban Denver areas – like Highlands Ranch? We like yoga, smoothies and free lunch too. 🙂 Reply
Hi Dawn, thanks for the suggestion. We do a different event series each year and the Highlands and Parker locations are very much on our radar. We selected locations that would be central and accessible to other markets/towns, so hopefully you can make the relatively short trek to our Golden or Cherry Creek events. Thanks for your note. Wow, would like to go to all of them. Looking forward to when you plan something in Parker or Castle Rock Reply
Hi Lola, Thanks for your nice note and for the suggestions. We appreciate it. Our more Southern locations in Parker and Castle Rock are being considered for future events. Stay tuned. Reply
Banking 1st Bank since 1971, First you close my Sprouts location. Now I need to drive or bike 10 miles for a free treat? Don’t look for me. NW Denver. Reply
Bruce, we’re really sorry for the frustration it must’ve caused to close what I’m assuming is a very nearby location for you at the Sprouts in the Highlands. I hope you’re aware that sometimes we close grocery store locations in order to open up a full-service, standalone location in the same proximity, so we can provide customers more amenities and assistance. There’s a new branch within walking distance to the Sprouts location on 38th and Federal, which has a drive-thru, safe deposit boxes and has more customer service representatives. In fact, we’ll actually be doing an event — offering free food, drinks and other entertainment — at our 38th and Federal location come this fall. I also wanted to apologize if you feel our Saving is in Style Saturdays are not convenient. We selected branches that were central and accessible to other towns and markets in hopes that folks in neighboring cities could make the short trek to join us. I’m sure you’re aware that banks aren’t required and don’t usually provide free yoga, gourmet coffee drinks, lunches and breakfast. But we do it because it gives us an opportunity to support local businesses and benefit local communities we operate in. These kind of events often move around to different markets, so we hope if you can’t make it out this particular event series in Golden, Lakewood or Glendale, maybe you’ll be able to join us when we make our way closer to you. If you ever have any questions or need further assistance finding a nearby location, please don’t hesitate to reach out. 303-237-5000 is our 24-hour customer service line, which is always operated by live customer service representatives. It’s too bad there are only 2 locations in Arizona. Would spend more on gas for a free smoothie. Reply
Hi Brenda, we understand. We’re always circulating our events to different markets and branches. If you have any suggestions on a branch near you, we’d love to know. Customer feedback is often what we use to make our branch selections in the first place. Also, keep in mind, every branch is doing different things — and not just smoothies. In fact, this week our Alma branch will be doing professionally taught yoga classes and frozen desserts. They’ll also have a DJ on-hand and activities for the kiddos. So might be worth it to make the trek there. We hope you can come out. If not, let us know which branch we should consider next. Thanks, Brenda. Reply
