We’re excited to launch a brand-new FirstBank influencer program—“Goodfluencer”—featuring diverse employees across our trade areas and support service departments. As a “Goodfluencer,” you will act as the “Face of FirstBank” and work directly with Marketing to create video content and reels related to financial health, fraud prevention, business growth/success, and more. How do I apply? With just two easy steps, you can 1) show off your skills, 2) become FirstBank’s first-ever Goodfluencer, and 3) earn awarded time off (ATO). Step 1: Create/share your demo reel. Create a new demo reel: A script and suggested talking points are below. Feel free to leverage this script or create your own to film your reel/video. Share an existing demo reel: If you have previous influencer work or reels/videos you’d like to share, head to step #2 to submit your video. Step 2: Submit your video. Please reference the below rules/guidelines before submitting your video. Your reel/video should be at most 90 seconds and saved as an MP4 file. One reel/video submission per FirstBanker. Avoid using bank jargon (i.e., HELOC, APY, or guaranteed rates) Use easy-to-understand language. Avoid calling out specific FirstBank products or services. Do not give financial advice. Build Your Network/Resume As the “Face of FirstBank,” you’ll be a go-to resource among your colleagues, customers, and business partners. You can also put this experience on your resume and tout your new influencer persona. Gain Visibility Your reels can be used in paid social advertising efforts, garner hundreds of thousands of views, and be seen by FirstBank’s extensive social media following. Here’s what we’re looking for: Established FirstBankers who have worked at the bank for at least one year. Outgoing and Charismatic As the “Face of FirstBank,” this individual should have a magnetic presence both on camera and in person. Knowledgeable We’re looking for FirstBankers who are knowledgeable about topics in their respective fields. For example, fraud representatives can share common scams and how to avoid them, or HR recruiters can offer tips on how to nail a job interview.
