FirstBank is proud to celebrate International Women’s Day today, March 8^th. From the earliest computer programmers to the Women’s Suffrage Movement and beyond, women have long been catalysts for innovation in society and business.

As we take time to reflect during Women’s History Month, we also recognize and celebrate today’s female leaders.

Women make up 63 percent of FirstBank’s population, and over 50 percent of FirstBank’s management team – from assistant manager to C-suite – are women.  Throughout the years, numerous female FirstBankers have been acknowledged for their outstanding contributions to the industry and the communities they serve. Moreover, our Women in Leadership and Women in Technology Employee Resource Groups are helping shape FirstBank’s future.
