CV Giving Day is a 24-hour online giving event that will launch on March 1, 2023, to increase individual philanthropy and support local nonprofit organizations in the Coachella Valley.

FirstBank partnered with Desert Community Foundation to bring this new giving movement to life. CV Giving Day aims to unite the region as a community, generating funds and awareness for local nonprofits over the course of the 24-hour online giving challenge.

Donations can be as little as $5, meaning that you can help make a big impact in your community for less than the cost of a cup of coffee.

You don’t have to wait until CV Giving Day to help Coachella Valley nonprofits. Early Giving is open and continues until CV Giving Day, March 1st.

All donations made via cvgivingday.org give your nonprofit a chance to receive free money from two (2) CV Giving Day Incentive Prizes.

What is the CV Giving Day Incentive Prize?

Participating nonprofits can win one of two $10,000 prizes on CV Giving Day. Prizes will be given out based on two categories:

1. Giving Donations – Most Unique Donors by nonprofit between January 30, 2023 – March 1, 2023, at midnight
2. Random Draw – A random draw from all participants who have received donations on March 1, 2023
