NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN USA PRO CHALLENGE VIP EXPERIENCE GIVEAWAY

1.      ELIGIBILITY. USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of August 20, 2013, and are either legal residents of the 50 United States/District of Columbia or are international/foreign exchange students possessing a current valid United States student visa and are residing within the 50 United States/District of Columbia. FirstBank employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Each entrant, by participating in USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway, agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions.

2.      TIMING. USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway begins Friday July, 10^th 2015 (7/10/15) at 10:00am MT and ends Friday July 24^th at 11:59 MT (the “Promotion Period”).

3.      HOW TO ENTER AND WIN.

a.      Eligible participants may enter via one of two (2) entry methods. Only entries submitted via one of the two methods outlined below will be considered eligible entries in the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway. Comments posted on THIS blog post, where these official giveaway rules live, will NOT be accepted as valid entries for the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway.

Entry method #1: FirstBank Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/efirstbank). Eligible participants may enter the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway by commenting on the official giveaway post pinned to the top of the FirstBank Facebook page for the duration of the promotion period.

Entry method #2: FirstBank Twitter Account (www.twitter.com/efirstbank). Eligible participants may enter the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway by Retweeting the official giveaway Tweet pinned to the top of the FirstBank Twitter profile page for the duration of the promotion period.

Eligible participants can enter via one OR both methods outlined above. However, an eligible participant may win only once during Promotion Period.

b.      You do not need to be a current customer of Sponsor or use the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway entry methods outlined above to enter the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway. To enter without completing the method(s) outlined above, print by hand your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth and the words “FirstBank – USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway” on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, stamped and hand-written #10 envelope to FirstBank – USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway, Attn: Marketing Department, 12345 W. Colfax Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80215. Limit one entry per person during Promotion Period. Entries must be postmarked no later than July 22^nd, 2015 (7/22/15). No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted. Your USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway entry and/or your submission of a 3” x 5” mail-in entry constitutes your consent to participate in the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway and your consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the purpose of administering this USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway. Entries dropped off at Sponsor banking branches will not be accepted.

4.      CONDITIONS. An eligible entrant may only enter via the registration methods as described above. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No substitutions or transfer of prize permitted.

5.      CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: PRIZE DESCRIPTION. You have not yet won.  Each winner agrees that only one (1) Grand Prize, one (1) Second Prize and one (1) Third Prize will be awarded. Three (3) total winners will be selected in the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway.

Grand Prize: Winners Choice of Opening Weekend OR Closing Weekend Exclusive VIP Experience. The Grand Prize package includes 2 seats in the VIP caravan car, 2 passes to the VIP hospitality tent and official post-race party, a signed Most Aggressive Rider jersey, discounted hotel options and more.

Second (2^nd) Prize: VIP Day at Opening Weekend in Steamboat Springs. This prize package includes 2 passes to the invitation-only Founders’ Ride, Team Presentation Event and VIP hospitality tent, 2 VIP gift bags and discounted hotel options.

Third (3^rd) Prize: VIP Day at Closing Weekend in Denver. This prize package includes 2 passes to the VIP hospitality tent and official post-race party, and 2 VIP gift bags.

Each winner agrees that he/she shall not sell, resell, auction, barter, assign, exchange, place in commerce, transfer, give away, donate, or otherwise convey any of the contents that make up any of the VIP Experience packages that is received as a prize. Prize will not be honored if these restrictions have been violated. All costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, beverages, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prize winners, should they be selected, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion as provided by the Sponsor.

6.      DETERMINTATION OF WINNERS. One (1) random drawing will be conducted on Monday, July 27^th, 2015 at 9:00am MT from among all eligible entries received. The three (3) winners of the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway will all be selected during the random drawing conducted on Monday July 27^th, 2015 at 9:00am MT. Three (3) entries will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries received during the promotion period to determine the three (3) winners of the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway. The first entry selected will be the Grand Prize winner, the second entry selected will be the Second (2^nd) Prize winner and the third entry selected will be the Third (3^rd) Prize winner. Winners reserve the right to refuse their prize. In the event a winner declines their prize another random drawing will be conducted to determine a replacement winner. All giveaway winners will be required to contact the Sponsor (FirstBank) within 24-hours after Sponsor communicates that they are a winner to either accept or decline their prize. If winner(s) fail to reply to Sponsor (FirstBank) within 24-hours of prize notification, that winner will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. This process will repeat until three (3) winners have accepted their prize. A person or household may only win one (1) prize during the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified through the social network they submitted their entry. This will be accomplished either via a Facebook message or Twitter Direct Message. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor. Sponsor’s selection of the winners is binding and conclusive. Winners agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their name, city and state and photograph/likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8.      TAXES. All applicable federal, state and local tax associated with winning a prize in the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner shall be provided a 1099 form for income tax purposes.

9.      LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS. By participating in the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway, entrants, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prizes (including, without limitation, any travel or travel-related activity thereto) that may be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway related materials; or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or illegible entries or postage due entries or mail; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction error, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, or human or other error. If in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway, or if computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway, the Sponsor at its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway, or to terminate the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway. As a condition of entering the USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway, entrants, or if a minor, their parents or legal guardians agrees that; a) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and in no event shall entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees or other legal costs. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures. As used in this section, “Sponsor” means the Sponsor named in section 11 below and its officers, directors or board members, agents, representatives, and employees.

10.      GOVERNING LAW. This USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its principles of conflicts of law and jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of Colorado. This USA Pro Challenge VIP Experience Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
