Convenience certainly doesn’t end at products and services.  Perhaps most importantly is the ability to contact your bank with any questions you have, whenever and however is most convenient to you the customer.  We offer 24/7 telephone banking with representatives waiting to help at our headquarters in Lakewood, Colorado.  We’re on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more.  You can hold an online chat with us, if that’s what works for you and, of course, you can always come inside one of our 115+ locations.  We’re constantly evaluating new platforms to allow our customers to communicate with us in the most convenient way to them.

Enter Video Banking.  We’re excited to try out our newest form of communication and see if it provides value to our customers.  Think of it as “Skyping” with us; a live video chat between you and one of our representatives.  During this pilot period, we encourage our customers to start a session and provide feedback so we can determine if this is a service that should be fully utilized.  Users do need to be FirstBank Online Banking customers to access Video Banking.  We’re even giving away $20 gift cards to everyone who completes a video banking session from 10/26/2015 – 10/27/2015.*

When logged in to Online Banking, go to the Contact Us page by clicking the “Contact” link at the top of the page.  Then, click on the “Start Video Session” button from the Live Help section on the right-hand side of the screen.  Service is limited to laptops and desktops with a webcam using Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari browsers only during the testing period (no smartphones or tablets).
