December 10, 2013 It’s not very often that I experience the delight of customer service, but when I’m dealing with First Bank, it is a regular occurrence. Recently, I deposited a check at the branch at Highlands Ranch Pkwy & Broadway. I walked out of work a few hours later to head home, opened my wallet to pay my transit fare and realized that I had forgotten to get cash back from my transaction. With a quick phone call, the team was able to locate my deposit and posted it to my account so I could withdraw funds from a nearby ATM and get home.
