I just thought it was necessary to give a big thank you to a supervisor in your customer service department, Miranda. I called in after going overdrawn in my account, a stupid careless mistake on my part. Since I was already embarrassed by my mistake I really expected the worst when I called to speak to Customer Service. Instead of making me feel worse for spending money I did not have (which was my expectation), Miranda made me feel like a human being. She was exceptionally professional and caring. This is in absolute contrast to my dealings with the customer service department at other banks. Every time I call into FirstBank, I am treated with respect and genuine sincerity. I hope this email finds Miranda’s boss so that he or she knows how great of an asset she is to your company. – Lindsey

  • If you want to run a professional service you may want to first ensure your on-line system is operating properly before you offer it. System has been down for over 4 hours. Tried 3 different browsers on 3 different computers and same issue. Please fix!!!!!!!!
