I was recently in VAIL to help my father handle some financial and legal issues that have arisen as he enters his 90s. During my stay, I spent several hours working with your staff on opening new accounts, transferring money, closing accounts, notarizing legal documents and looking over documents in the safe deposit box. Nick Brinkman, Ashley Wood, Erika Gonzales, Susan and Sandy Bishop all treated both my father and I as if we were family members. I truly feel that my dad’s finances are being looked after by people who genuinely care about him. This is rare in the corporate world today and it is greatly appreciated.
