1.  ELIGIBILITY

COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of 10/17/2022 and are either legal residents of the 50 United States/District of Columbia or are international/foreign exchange students possessing a current valid United States student visa and are residing within the 50 United States/District of Columbia. FirstBank employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Each entrant, by participating in COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY, agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s (FirstBank) decisions.

2.  TIMING

COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY begins 10/17/2022 at 12:00pm MT and ends 10/23/2022 at 11:45pm MT (the “Promotion Period”).

3.  HOW TO ENTER AND WIN

a) Eligible participants may enter by completing the entry form at https://efirstbankblog.com/colderbolder2022. Eligible participants may win only once during Promotion Period.

b) You do not need to be a current customer of Sponsor or use the online entry form at https://efirstbankblog.com/colderbolder2022 to enter the COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY. To enter without completing the entry form, print by hand your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth and the words “FirstBank – COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY” on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, stamped and hand-written #10 envelope to FirstBank – COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY Attn: Marketing, 12345 W. Colfax Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80215. Limit one entry per person during Promotion Period. Entries must be postmarked no later than 10/18/2022. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted. Your COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY entry and/or your submission of a 3” x 5” mail-in entry constitutes your consent to participate in the COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY and your consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the purpose of administering this COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY. Entries dropped off at Sponsor banking branches will not be accepted.

4.  CONDITIONS

An eligible entrant may only enter via the registration methods as described above. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No substitutions or transfer of prize permitted.

5.  CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: PRIZE DESCRIPTION

You have not yet won. “First Place Prize”: Winner(s) agrees that five (5) “First Place Prize” consisting of two (2) registration codes for COLDERBolder on Saturday, December 10th, 2022 (12/10/2022) will be awarded as prize. Retail value of prize is USD $55.00 – $65.00. Prize must be redeemed on or before 12/10/2022.

Winner agrees that he/she shall not sell, resell, auction, barter, assign, exchange, place in commerce, transfer, give away, donate, or otherwise convey any COLDEBOLDER Registration Codes that is received as a prize. Prize will not be honored if these restrictions have been violated. All costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, beverages, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prize winners, should they be selected, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion as provided by the Sponsor.

6.  DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

One (1) random drawing will be conducted on 10/24/2022 after 9:00am MT from among all eligible entries received to select the five (5) COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY First Place Prize winners. A person or household may only win one (1) prize from any contest/promotion/giveaway hosted by the Sponsor during a calendar year.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor. Sponsor’s selection of the winner is binding and conclusive. Winner agrees to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their name, city and state and photograph/likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8.  TAXES

All applicable federal, state and local tax associated with winning a prize in the COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be provided a 1099 form for income tax purposes.

9.  LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

By participating in the COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY, entrants, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prizes (including, without limitation, any travel or travel-related activity thereto) that may be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY related materials; or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or illegible entries or postage due entries or mail; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction error, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, or human or other error. If in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY, or if computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY, the Sponsor at its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY, or to terminate the COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY. As used in this section, “Sponsor” means the Sponsor named in section 11 below and its officers, directors or board members, agents, representatives, and employees.

10.  GOVERNING LAW

This COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its principles of conflicts of law and jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of Colorado. This COLDERBOLDER REGISTRATION CODES GIVEAWAY is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
